Please select this option if you have pre-paid your deposit or have a series of treatments that has been paid for. Timing will be adjusted.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits must be made to secure your appointment time. There is no refunds on deposits and are not transferable to anyone. We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment with your deposit being transferable to your next appointment made. If failed to provide required time your deposit is forfeited.
